📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served on time.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to food costing and inventory management practices.
• Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.
• Participate in menu development and special event preparations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as gas stoves, ovens, and grills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid food handler’s certification preferred.
