📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and tracking of company assets, including machinery, equipment, and vehicles.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal asset utilization and performance.
• Monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to asset management.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maximize asset value and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability of asset records.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to asset management.
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus.
