📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments and consultations for employees in the mining and industrial sectors.
- Providing medical advice and recommendations to promote a healthy work environment.
- Monitoring and managing chronic diseases among employees to prevent work-related health issues.
- Administering vaccinations and providing health education to employees.
- Collaborating with managers and healthcare professionals to ensure the health and safety of the workforce.
- Using electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage patient data and maintain accurate health records.
- Participating in health and safety committees to develop and implement health programs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (CONHN) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the mining and industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
