📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and MICE events, from conception to execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
• Use event planning software such as Cvent and Eventbrite to organize and track event details.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with business goals.
• Assist in creating and managing event budgets and financial reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event management or a related role.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Cvent and Eventbrite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
