📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Optimize routes using tools like Google Maps and Fleet Management Software.
• Monitor the performance of our fleet and ensure that all vehicles are in good condition.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure that deliveries are picked up and loaded correctly.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure that we always have the right products in stock.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on the performance of our logistics operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics and distribution industry.
• Proven track record of optimizing routes and improving delivery times.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
