📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage export bookings and ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping instructions.
• Use SAP and EDI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless global trade operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with international trade regulations and best practices.
• Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and documentation for international trade.
• Proficient in using SAP and EDI systems.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
