📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a database of potential leads for English language programs.
• Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our English language programs.
• Schedule appointments with potential students, parents, and institutions.
• Present our English language programs to potential clients and address their queries and concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize enrollments for our English language programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to ensure the success of our English language programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
