📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assemble, install, and configure computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.
• Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficient in using tools like Windows OS, Linux, and macOS.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-100) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
