📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of recycling facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve recycling efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material acquisition.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of recycled materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the recycling industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
