📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain our IT systems using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Splunk.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in IT operations, with a strong background in network and server administration.
• Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
