📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
Work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and other hospitality professionals to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring it is ready for guests at all times.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and team members.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure you are up-to-date with our policies and procedures.
Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing exceptional service and a positive attitude.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Familiarity with POS systems and other food and beverage technology.
Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
