📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance,Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and best practices,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with training software and tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
