📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems.,Conduct quantity surveys and cost analysis to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with project specifications.,Prepare and review technical reports, including cost estimates, variance analysis, and project forecasts.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets.,Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams on cost-related matters.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the telecommunications and ELV systems industry.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and financial controllers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in telecommunications and ELV systems projects.,Proven experience in project management and cost control.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the telecommunications and ELV systems industry.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and cost control systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
