📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and collection of funds.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating and distributing employee salaries and benefits.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team, including recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
