As a Pharmaceutical Technical Staff (TTK), you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our pharmaceutical products. You'll work closely with our team to ensure all processes are in compliance with local and international regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Your daily tasks will include conducting quality control tests, analyzing data, and providing technical support to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
• Analyze and interpret test results using specialized software such as LabArchives and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports and process validation records.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities.
• Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams regarding product specifications and usage.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality control or technical role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as LabArchives and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
