Rejeki Yoga Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. If you are passionate about HR and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes,Maintain employee records and documents,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Coordinate employee benefits and welfare programs,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures,Handle employee grievances and conflicts,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related fields,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Experience in managing employee relations is a plus
