Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment,Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards,Provide technical support and guidance to other team members,Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices,Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks),Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software is a plus,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
