Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve marketing and sales goals,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
