Space Central Unggul is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Identify training needs and opportunities through employee feedback and performance evaluations.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and HR to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proven ability to design and facilitate effective training programs.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
