📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.,Develop and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.,Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
