📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Perform and supervise various laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage laboratory inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of results.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
