In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Affairs department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent support to our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in General Affairs to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and distribution of official documents and correspondence.,Maintain and update office records and files.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and facilities.,Assist in the organization and planning of office events and activities.,Support the implementation of health and safety protocols in the office.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and facilities.,Provide administrative support to the General Affairs department as needed.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for department meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in General Affairs or related administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
