📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE policies and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement HSE improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or property management industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Certification in a relevant HSE discipline (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in managing and leading HSE teams.
