Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Specialist to join our team in the enchanting regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung). As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth for our premium Filipino brands, including renowned names like Philips and Panasonic. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products with confidence and enthusiasm. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the market and your strong negotiation skills to close deals and build long-lasting relationships with clients. With a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per bulan, this position offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Bali while making a significant impact on the sales performance of Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers and clients in the Bali region.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs and preferences, and to demonstrate our products and services.
• Present our premium Filipino brands, including Philips and Panasonic, with confidence and enthusiasm to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, both B2B and B2C, to drive revenue growth for the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track and manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences in Bali.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
