📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain electrical power distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Monitor and control electrical loads to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure working environment.
• Document all maintenance activities and electrical performance metrics for reporting purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining electrical power distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations, including IEEE, NEC, and local Indonesian standards.
• Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and infrared thermometers.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid electrical certification, such as a Competency Certificate from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and work in various shifts as required by the operation.
