📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Handle warehouse personnel matters, including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
