📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in organizing and participating in store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Support the Shop Assistant in training new staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Assist in preparing and organizing product displays.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
