📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Document and track customer interactions using our proprietary CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our customer support processes
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
• Familiarity with inDrive's platform and services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
