Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software,Maintain and update IT documentation and records,Monitor IT performance and identify areas for improvement,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects,Support the IT department in network and system maintenance,Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT systems and software,Familiarity with network and system maintenance,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with data security and IT policies
