Administrative and Accounts Officer - Commercial Lease Management

As an Administrative and Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for handling billing, lease agreements, and tenant relations. You'll work closely with retail partners, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing revenue potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage commercial tenancy billing and lease operations for retail spaces in MRT stations and bus interchanges
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
• Coordinate with retail partners to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
• Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Monitor lease compliance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for lease operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies for retail spaces
• Provide administrative support to the commercial lease management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lease management, tenancy billing, or related administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with lease management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Knowledge of retail and commercial real estate is a plus
