📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of funds.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
