Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Monitor and report on cash handling and transaction records,Ensure the safekeeping of cash and other valuable items,Participate in inventory and stocktake activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in cash handling,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good knowledge of basic accounting principles,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities,High school diploma or equivalent
