Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to ensure seamless project execution.,Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate risks, and propose solutions to overcome project challenges.,Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.,Monitor project progress, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and implement best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Project Delivery Manager or similar role in the SaaS or technology industry.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Enterprise Customer Service Technology and SaaS products is a plus.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Willingness to relocate to Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.
