📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide support to the management team in making operational decisions,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
