We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring seamless flow of goods and efficient management of our warehouse and distribution network.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service standards. You'll leverage tools like SAP for logistics and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, order processing, and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely delivery.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze data using tools like SAP for logistics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance.
• Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in overseeing warehouse and distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP for logistics or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
