As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work to provide flexibility and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
