Indonesia Logistics is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.,Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying and correcting errors.,Process and organize documents, spreadsheets, and other data sources.,Assist in data analysis and reporting by preparing and formatting data.,Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow and integration.,Follow company policies and procedures to maintain data security and confidentiality.,Stay updated with the latest data entry technologies and tools to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 60 words per minute.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with data management and organization tools is a plus.
