📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly manner.

Answer and direct inquiries regarding the company's services and facilities.

Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing guest records.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

Assist in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
