📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating business activities.,Oversee and manage teams to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Maintain accurate records and reports on business activities and performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.
